Founder and Director Judith-Kate Friedman offers keynote presentations for conferences, civic meetings, and community events and celebrations. Her energetic lecture/demonstrations combine songs from Songwriting Works™ and/or Psalms, Songs and Stories™ participants with research findings, real-life success stories about creativity and aging, and the nuts and bolts of bridging diverse generational and cultural divides through song. Film clips, slideshows and Q&A can be included.

Songwriting Works was founded in 1990 to engage elders, youth, their families, caregivers, and professionals in health, music, and education in unique, meaningful interactive and intergenerational collaborative musical experiences. Our mission and vision is to use the power of songwriting, performance, and collective musical creativity:
